Shipping

The cost and time of delivery depend on your region. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

• To Ukraine — Nova Poshta: 2–6 working days
• To Europe — Ukrposhta: 1.5–3 weeks
• International (rest of EU / USA and worldwide) — Ukrposhta: 1.5–4 weeks

Order processing. Please allow time for order processing before dispatch.

Pre-order items. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is indicated in the relevant product card.

Possible delays. During periods of high order volume, delivery may occasionally be extended by 2–5 days. Thank you for your understanding.

Tracking. A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as the order has been shipped.

Customs charges (for international orders). Any duties / taxes of the recipient's country (if applicable) are paid by the buyer.

Payment is made online by bank card during checkout. After your order is confirmed, you will be redirected to a secure payment page.
